All provider reviews

Nineteen GLP-1 programs, telehealth clinics and manufacturer pharmacies, each re-read on its own pages on October 15, 2026.

Direct answer · October 15, 2026

As of October 15, 2026, we review 19 GLP-1 programs: NexLife is our #1 overall pick (v4.1 score 94/100), and the other 18 are listed alphabetically without ranks until they are scored on methodology v4.1. Each entry gives its October 15 price finding, or says plainly when a site blocked us or printed no price.

NexLife is not the lowest price we track: Eden Health ($129) and Mondae ($126) charge less for tirzepatide month to month with no membership.

The list, October 15, 2026

NexLife is first because it is our editorial #1 on methodology v4.1. Everyone else is in alphabetical order. That is not a ranking: this site has not published numeric scores for other providers, so their score column reads “v4.1 score pending” rather than a number we would have to invent.

How to read the status column

Verified means we read the price on the provider’s own page on October 15, 2026. Reported — pending verification means the site blocked our October read (bmiMD, Hims, Ro) or we used an archived copy (LillyDirect), so the figure comes from the most recent first-party read, dated in the review. No published price means the provider’s pages did not print a price we could rank: Henry Meds, Mochi Health, Oak Longevity and TrimRx. We list those programs anyway and say why, rather than filling the gap with an estimate or with another site’s number.

We never upgrade a price to Verified because a comparison site printed it. Sites in this category contradict each other routinely, and a figure repeated by three affiliate blogs is still one unverified figure.

What changed since July 2026

More moved in three months than in the first half of the year. The biggest changes:

Context that applies to every review

Compounding status · October 15, 2026Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are not FDA-approved and are not the same products as Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy or Ozempic. Since FDA’s shortage-era grace periods ended in 2025, a pharmacy may compound them only for an individual patient whose prescriber documents a clinically significant difference from the approved drug. FDA has proposed keeping all three GLP-1s off the 503B bulks list; no final decision had been published. See is compounded GLP-1 legal?

Brand drugs are cheaper than many people think. The lowest self-pay price for an FDA-approved GLP-1 weight-loss medicine is $149 a month: the Wegovy pill at 1.5 mg through NovoCare and Foundayo at 0.8 mg through LillyDirect. Prices rise with dose. A compounded program charging more than the manufacturer’s price at your dose deserves a hard look.

The trial evidence comes from approved injections. SURMOUNT-1 reported 20.9% average weight loss on 15 mg tirzepatide, and SURMOUNT-5 reported 20.2% for tirzepatide against 13.7% for semaglutide. None of those trials tested a compounded preparation, a microdose or a dissolving tablet, and no program can promise you a result.

Memberships change the maths. A $149 drug with a $149 membership costs $298 a month. Our membership fees guide shows how each program bills.

How to check any price yourself

  1. Open the provider’s own pricing page, not a comparison site, and note the date.
  2. Find the month-two price. “First month”, “from”, “as low as” and “sale” all signal a number you will not keep paying.
  3. Add the membership if medication and membership are billed separately.
  4. Ask the price at your maintenance dose and the cancellation terms, in writing.
  5. Check the manufacturer. For any brand drug, compare with NovoCare or LillyDirect before paying a platform.
  6. Ask which pharmacy fills the prescription; see how to verify a compounding pharmacy.
