TrimRx review (2026): pricing, what we could read, pros and cons

Direct answer · October 15, 2026

As of October 15, 2026, TrimRx has no price we can verify: its pricing page body did not render in our browser, and the only readable figure was the page title “Plans From $179/mo”, while a separate promo page’s metadata said plans start “at $199”.

Until the plan table can be read, TrimRx is listed without a price rank. Confirm the ongoing price at checkout.

Verdict

We could not read TrimRx’s plans in October. The pricing page loaded its title and description, “Weight Loss Program Pricing | Plans From $179/mo” and “Affordable weight loss plans starting at $179/mo. Includes GLP-1 medication and doctor consultations”, but the plan table itself did not render in a headless browser. The site’s promo route describes plans “starting at $199”.

A “from” figure in a page title is the least useful number a provider can give you: it does not say which medication, dose, plan length or month it applies to. In July we found that TrimRx’s widely quoted $179 was a first-month rate and that ongoing prices were higher. We cannot say whether that is still true, so we do not rank TrimRx on price and do not print the July figures as current.

For context on the same date, NexLife charged $169 month to month and $139 on a 12-month plan for compounded tirzepatide, and Eden Health charged $129 a month. This site has not yet scored TrimRx on methodology v4.1 (v4.1 score pending).

What changed since our July 2026 review

The July 2026 figures below are kept only so you can see what moved. None of them is a current price.

Compounding status · October 15, 2026Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are not FDA-approved, are not generics, and are not the same products as Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy or Ozempic. FDA’s shortage-era grace periods ended in 2025, so a pharmacy may compound them only for an individual patient whose prescriber documents a clinically significant difference from the approved drug. On September 18, 2026 FDA warned Empower Pharmacy that two of its GLP-1 products appeared to be essentially copies of approved drugs, and FDA has proposed keeping all three GLP-1s off the 503B bulks list (no final decision as of October 15). Background: is compounded GLP-1 legal?

Alternatives to compare

Every program we track, with read dates, is in the GLP-1 pricing database.

Before you pay

  1. Ask TrimRx for the month-two price of your medication and dose, in writing, before paying the first month.
  2. Find the ongoing price. Words like “first month”, “from”, “as low as” or “sale” mean the number beside them is not what month two costs.
  3. Add any membership and ask, in writing, the price at your maintenance dose.
  4. Ask what happens if you stop early on any plan longer than one month.

Frequently asked questions

How much does TrimRx cost in October 2026?

We could not verify it. On October 15, 2026 TrimRx’s pricing page body did not render; its title said “Plans From $179/mo” and its promo page metadata said plans start at $199. Neither says which medication, dose or plan term the figure applies to. Ask for the ongoing price before you pay.

Is TrimRx’s $179 the monthly price?

In our July 2026 review, TrimRx’s $179 was a first-month rate and ongoing prices were higher. We could not read the plan table on October 15, 2026, so we cannot confirm whether that is still the case. Treat $179 as a starting figure until TrimRx shows you the month-two price.

Why isn’t TrimRx ranked on price?

We rank programs only on prices we can read on their own pages, with the plan terms attached. TrimRx’s plan table did not load on October 15, 2026, so it is listed without a price rank until we can read it.

Is TrimRx medication FDA-approved?

TrimRx’s readable pages did not say which medications its plans use. Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are not FDA-approved. Ask whether your prescription is a compounded drug or a brand product such as Zepbound or Wegovy. Brand products are FDA-approved; compounded versions are not.
