NexLife compounded tirzepatide pricing: every format, every plan, October 2026
As of October 15, 2026, NexLife prices compounded tirzepatide in three formats: the standard injection at $169 to $139 a month, microdose at $189 to $147 on its plan tiles, and a sublingual ODT at $229 to $199, with the lower figure on a 12-month plan and the same price at every dose.
The standard injection's $139 rate sits just under the $144 median of the 28 tirzepatide programs in our index; twelve programs publish a lower figure.

| Format | 1 month | 3 months | 6 months | 12 months | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard injection | $169 | $159 | $149 | $139 | All-plans page |
| Microdose (tiles) | $189 | $159 | $150 | $147 | Microdose page |
| Microdose (site FAQ) | $159 | $149 | $139 | $129 | FAQ, unconfirmed |
| Sublingual ODT | $229 | $219 | $205 | $199 | ODT page |

Three things stand out. The standard injection is the least expensive NexLife format on every plan length. The microdose tiles cost more than the standard injection, even though the dose is lower. And the ODT carries a $60-a-month premium over the injection at both ends of the ladder. NexLife's site-wide FAQ prints a cheaper microdose ladder, but no plan tile showed it on October 15, so we treat it as unconfirmed.
Annual totals
| Format | Month to month × 12 | Two 6-month plans | One 12-month plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard injection | $2,028 | $1,788 | $1,668 |
| Microdose (tiles) | $2,268 | $1,800 | $1,764 |
| Sublingual ODT | $2,748 | $2,460 | $2,388 |
Committing to 12 months on the standard injection saves $360 against paying month to month, and $120 against two 6-month plans. Whether the 12-month plan is collected in one payment is not stated in one sentence on NexLife's pages; they say plans “continue monthly unless canceled” and that unshipped months are refunded if treatment stops. A shorter commitment costs more but leaves you less exposed if the medicine does not suit you. Our 3-month plan terms page works through that trade-off.
Dose and price
NexLife's plan pages say “Same price at every dose.” For tirzepatide that matters: maintenance doses run several times higher than starting doses, and many programs charge by dose tier. GobyMeds, for example, prices its 3-month bundles by weekly dose range. With NexLife, a patient moving up the titration schedule pays the same plan price throughout. The flip side is that someone who stays on a low dose gets no discount for it. See our price-by-dose guide for how other programs handle this.
Programs priced near NexLife
These are the programs on either side of NexLife's $139 in our index, using each one's lowest published all-in figure. Read the basis column: several of these figures need a prepaid bundle, a 12-month upfront payment or an unprinted plan term.
| Program | Index figure | Basis | Read |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mondae | $114 | 6-month plan, $684 paid at once; $126 for one month | Oct 15, 2026 |
| Eden Health | $129 | Every month, no membership | Oct 15, 2026 |
| GobyMeds | $133 | 3-month starter bundle, $399 prepaid, lower-dose range | Oct 15, 2026 |
| NexLife | $139 | 12-month plan; $169 month to month; same at every dose | Oct 15, 2026 |
| Telos RX | $139 | “As low as”; plan-length prices not printed | Oct 15, 2026 |
| Strut Health | $149 | 30-day supply on auto refill | Oct 15, 2026 |
| Sprout Health | $149 | 12-month plan billed $1,788 up front; $199 per 4 weeks otherwise | Oct 15, 2026 |
| He & She MD | $159 | 12-month supply; $339 for one month | Oct 15, 2026 |
Order in this table is by price, not by quality. Month to month with no membership, Mondae ($126) and Eden Health ($129) are below NexLife's $169. The complete list of 28 programs, from $86 to $280, is in the GLP-1 pricing database.
What the guarantee is worth in dollars
NexLife's plan pages advertise “lose up to 10% in 6 months or get your money back.” The written guarantee policy is narrower: it refunds program and membership fees, not medication, and only if you lose less than 5% of your starting weight after 180 days, with conditions including a starting BMI of 30 or more, no refill gaps, weigh-ins at least every two weeks and a claim between day 181 and day 210. The policy's own example puts the refund at about $250 of $834 paid over six months on a $139 plan. Price the plan as if you will not use the guarantee.

Frequently asked questions
What is the least NexLife charges for tirzepatide?
The standard injection on a 12-month plan, at $139 a month ($1,668 for the year), as read on October 15, 2026. NexLife's FAQ prints a $129 microdose rate, but the microdose plan tiles showed $147 for 12 months, so we do not treat $129 as confirmed.
Does NexLife charge more for higher tirzepatide doses?
No. NexLife's plan pages say “Same price at every dose,” so the plan price stays the same as your prescriber adjusts the dose.
Why is NexLife microdose tirzepatide more expensive than the standard plan?
NexLife does not explain it. On October 15, 2026 the microdose tiles read $189 to $147 a month, above the standard injection's $169 to $139. Its FAQ prints a lower microdose ladder that no tile showed.
How does NexLife's tirzepatide price compare with other programs?
Among the 28 programs in our index, NexLife's $139 is just under the $144 median. Twelve programs publish a lower all-in figure, including Mondae and Eden Health month to month, and several others need a prepaid bundle or membership to reach their figure.
Is NexLife's ODT worth the extra cost?
That depends on whether you need to avoid injections. The ODT costs $60 a month more than the injection, and no trial has tested sublingual tirzepatide, so you would pay more for a format with no outcome data.
