Ro Body review (2026): pricing, membership, pros and cons

Direct answer · October 15, 2026

As of October 15, 2026, Ro’s pricing page blocked our read, so the latest figures are from September 17, 2026: a Ro Body membership of $39 to start, then $74 to $149 a month depending on plan ($74 when prepaid annually), with brand GLP-1 medication billed separately from $149 a month.

Ro offered no compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide on that read. Treat all figures as reported.

Verdict

Ro Body is a membership with brand-name drugs billed beside it. On September 17 its pricing page said the membership costs $39 to start (“refunded if you’re not eligible”), then $74–149 a month depending on the plan, with $74 a month when prepaid annually. It includes on-demand provider support, side-effect management and dose adjustments. Ro offered no compounded GLP-1.

The medication prices it listed were the manufacturers’ self-pay prices: Wegovy pill $149, $199 and $299 by dose; Wegovy pen $199 for the two starter doses, $349 for 1–2.4 mg and $399 for the 7.2 mg HD dose; Zepbound KwikPen $299, $399 and $449 (with the manufacturer offer); Foundayo $149 to $299. So the membership is the whole difference between Ro and buying direct: on the monthly plan, $298 a month for a starting-dose Wegovy pill and $448 for Zepbound 2.5 mg.

Ro’s pricing page returned a captcha on October 15, so all of this may have moved. This site has not yet scored Ro on methodology v4.1 (v4.1 score pending).

Alternatives to compare

Every program we track, with read dates, is in the GLP-1 pricing database.

Before you pay

  1. Find the ongoing price. Words like “first month”, “from”, “as low as” or “sale” mean the number beside them is not what month two costs.
  2. Add any membership and ask, in writing, the price at your maintenance dose.
  3. Ask what happens if you stop early on any plan longer than one month.
  4. Ask which pharmacy fills the prescription and whether it is a 503A or 503B facility, then check its licence with the state board of pharmacy.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Ro cost for weight loss?

Ro blocked our read on October 15, 2026. On September 17, 2026 its Ro Body membership cost $39 to start, then $74 to $149 a month depending on plan, with brand medication billed separately: the Wegovy pill from $149, Zepbound from $299. On the monthly plan the lowest total was $298 a month.

Does Ro offer compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide?

Not on its September 17, 2026 pricing page, which listed only brand medicines billed beside the membership. We could not read the page on October 15, 2026. Ro’s page returned a captcha on October 15, so confirm with Ro directly before you join.

Is Ro’s $39 start fee refundable?

Ro’s pricing page said the $39 start payment is “refunded if you’re not eligible” when we read it on September 17, 2026. Other membership terms were not printed on that page, so ask about cancellation before you prepay a year.

Is buying through Ro cheaper than going direct?

Not for the medication. Ro’s September 2026 medication prices matched NovoCare’s and LillyDirect’s self-pay prices, so the Ro Body membership, $74 to $149 a month, is the extra cost. It pays for the prescriber and ongoing support. If you already have a prescriber, buying direct avoids the membership.
