NovoCare Pharmacy is Novo Nordisk selling Wegovy direct for self-pay. We read its offer page on October 15, 2026. The Wegovy pill is $149 at 1.5 mg, $199 at 4 mg and $299 at 9 and 25 mg. The Wegovy pen is $349 a month at every standard dose from 0.25 to 2.4 mg, and new patients pay $199 for each of the first two monthly fills at 0.25 and 0.5 mg through December 31, 2026. Wegovy HD (7.2 mg) is $399.
The 1.5 mg pill ties with Foundayo 0.8 mg for the lowest self-pay price of an FDA-approved GLP-1 weight-loss medicine on our October read: $149. A first year on the pen at standard doses costs $3,888 for a new patient (two fills at $199, then ten at $349). A year on the pill ranges from $1,788 at 1.5 mg to $3,588 at 9 or 25 mg.
