Hims weight loss review (2026): pricing, membership, pros and cons
As of October 15, 2026, Hims’ weight-loss page blocked our read, so its GLP-1 prices here come from September 17, 2026: brand medicines from $149 a month (Wegovy pill, Ozempic pill, Foundayo) to $299 (Zepbound), plus a required membership of $39 for the first month and $149 a month after.
These are reported figures. Its sister brand Hers printed the same membership terms on October 15.
Verdict
Hims’ weight-loss page returned 403 errors on October 15, so we cannot confirm a current price. On September 17 it offered no compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide; it sold brand drugs “From $149/mo” (Wegovy pill, Ozempic pill, Foundayo), “From $199/mo” (Wegovy pen, Ozempic) and “From $299/mo” (Zepbound vial and KwikPen), and listed Mounjaro and Zepbound pens at $1,899 a month. Every price was medication only, with a required membership of $39 for the first month and $149 a month after.
If those terms still apply, the lowest ongoing total is $298 a month for a starting-dose pill, and $448 for Zepbound. The medication prices match what NovoCare and LillyDirect charge with no membership, so the $149 buys the prescriber and follow-up, not cheaper drugs. Hers, run by the same company, printed identical membership terms on October 15.
Hims’ ED prices were readable on October 15: generic Viagra from $22 a month and generic Cialis from $24, with “actual price” depending on product and plan. This site has not yet scored Hims on methodology v4.1 (v4.1 score pending).
