WeightWatchers Clinic review (2026): Med+ pricing, pros and cons

Direct answer · October 15, 2026

As of October 15, 2026, WeightWatchers Clinic’s Med+ membership costs $25 for the first month, then $74 a month on a 12-month plan or $84 a month on a 6-month plan, plans auto-renew for another term at the same rate, and the cost of GLP-1 medication is not included.

Medication is billed separately; WW did not print its medication prices on the page we read.

Verdict

WeightWatchers Clinic sells Med+, a clinical membership that sits beside WW’s behavioural program. On October 15 the page offered $25 for the first month (“Save 66%”), then $74 a month on a 12-month plan or $84 a month on a 6-month plan “for the remainder of your applicable plan term”. Plans “auto-renew for another 12-month or 6-month period at the same monthly rate”, and “Cost of GLP-1 medications not included.”

A 12-month Med+ term costs $839 ($25 plus eleven months at $74) before any medication; a 6-month term costs $445. WW says its new oral GLP-1 pills come “at the lowest price available”, with membership and meds billed separately, but it did not print those medication prices. For reference, the Wegovy pill is $149 at 1.5 mg through NovoCare and Foundayo is $149 at 0.8 mg through LillyDirect.

Med+ suits someone who wants the WW program and a prescriber in one place and is willing to commit to a term. Diary the renewal date: the plan rolls over for a full term automatically. This site has not yet scored WeightWatchers Clinic on methodology v4.1 (v4.1 score pending).

Before you pay

  1. Find the ongoing price. Words like “first month”, “from”, “as low as” or “sale” mean the number beside them is not what month two costs.
  2. Add any membership and ask, in writing, the price at your maintenance dose.
  3. Ask what happens if you stop early on any plan longer than one month.
  4. Ask which pharmacy fills the prescription and whether it is a 503A or 503B facility, then check its licence with the state board of pharmacy.

Frequently asked questions

How much does WeightWatchers Clinic cost?

On October 15, 2026 WW Med+ cost $25 for the first month with a 12- or 6-month plan, then $74 a month on the 12-month plan or $84 a month on the 6-month plan. GLP-1 medication is not included and is billed separately.

Does WW Med+ include GLP-1 medication?

No. WW’s clinic page says “Cost of GLP-1 medications not included” and that membership and medication are billed separately. It did not print medication prices on the page we read on October 15, 2026. Ask WW for the medication price before you commit to a term.
