NexLife microdose tirzepatide: prices, a pricing conflict and evidence status
As of October 15, 2026, NexLife's microdose tirzepatide plan tiles read $189 a month month to month, and $159, $150 and $147 a month on 3-, 6- and 12-month plans, with no membership fee, while NexLife's site-wide FAQ still prints a lower $159, $149, $139 and $129 ladder.
We record the tile prices because they are what the program page offers; no clinical trial has tested a tirzepatide microdosing protocol.
Prices by plan length
Three NexLife sources disagree. We use the plan tiles, because those are attached to the checkout buttons.

Note the oddity: on the tiles, microdose tirzepatide costs more than NexLife's standard tirzepatide ($169 month to month, $139 on 12 months). If a lower dose is the goal, ask whether a standard plan at a low dose would cost less.
What 12 months costs
Paying month to month for a full year costs 12 × $189 = $2,268. The 12-month plan costs 12 × $147 = $1,764, a difference of $504. The 6-month plan works out to $900 for six months, and the 3-month plan to $477 for three. If the FAQ ladder were honoured instead, a 12-month plan would cost 12 × $129 = $1,548; we have not seen that figure on a tile.
What is included
NexLife lists these inclusions in the monthly price:
- Provider review and medical guidance from NexLife Medical Group
- A personalized GLP-1 nutrition plan
- A 1:1 call with a certified wellness coach
- 24/7 customer support
- Free expedited shipping
Lab work is not stated as included on any NexLife page we read. There is no membership fee and no separate visit fee. NexLife's program pages also print a money-back banner; see the terms below for what the written policy actually covers.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
How you are billed. The plan pages say “Plans continue monthly unless canceled” and that savings are “applied at checkout on eligible multi-month plans.” They do not say in one sentence whether a multi-month plan is charged each month or collected up front, though they do say unshipped months are refunded if treatment stops. Confirm the charge at checkout.
Cancelling. Plans renew until you cancel. Cancellations “take effect after 30 days, so you may receive and be charged for one additional shipment,” unless NexLife Medical Group approves stopping sooner for medical reasons. NexLife's FAQ calls plans cancellable “at any time”; plan around the 30 days the plan page states.
Refunds. If you are not prescribed, the authorization charge is refunded. Once medication ships, the order is final. On 3-, 6- and 12-month plans, unshipped months are refunded if treatment stops.
Guarantee. NexLife's written policy refunds program and membership fees, not medication, only if you lose less than 5% of your starting weight after 180 days and meet its conditions. The banner on the plan page (“lose up to 10% in 6 months or get your money back”) does not match that policy.
Pharmacies. NexLife's standard plan pages name three 503A pharmacies. Its microdose pages have listed a wider group of possible fulfilment pharmacies, including Absolute, Hallandale, Red Rock, Empower and Strive (read September 20, 2026). FDA sent Empower warning letter 738238 dated September 18, 2026. Ask which pharmacy will fill your prescription. Our NexLife pharmacy page has the detail.
Evidence status
“Microdosing” has no regulatory definition. Programs use it loosely for doses below those reached in the approved dosing schedules. The tirzepatide trials, including SURMOUNT-1 (20.9% average reduction on 15 mg at 72 weeks, treatment-regimen estimand), escalated to full maintenance doses; no trial has tested a long-term microdosing protocol, compounded or branded. Any benefit at low doses is unproven, and compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved.
How it compares
Few programs publish a dedicated microdose price. Noom Med's microdose semaglutide program is $179 a month on 12-week subscriptions after a $79 start (read October 15, 2026). Enhance.MD listed a microdosing tirzepatide product “starting at $169” on September 17, 2026. NexLife's own standard tirzepatide plan is the most direct comparison, and on the tiles it is cheaper. Our microdosing guide explains the term.
