Billing, cancellation and refunds
How you are billed. NexLife's plan pages say “Plans continue monthly unless canceled” and that savings are “applied at checkout on eligible multi-month plans.” They do not say in one sentence whether a multi-month plan is charged each month or collected up front, though they do say unshipped months are refunded if treatment stops. Confirm the charge at checkout.
Cancelling. The ODT page says: “You may request cancellation at any time by contacting NexLife in writing. A 30-day cancellation notice applies unless NexLife approves an exception.” In practice, expect one more charge after you ask to stop.
Refunds. The page says “Shipped, dispensed, or prepared medications are generally not refundable.” If you are not prescribed, NexLife's plan pages say the authorization charge is refunded.
Guarantee. The written guarantee policy refunds program fees, not medication, only if you lose under 5% after 180 days and meet its conditions. The page banner's 10% wording does not match the policy.
Evidence status
Tirzepatide is a large peptide given as a weekly injection in every trial, including SURMOUNT-1 (20.9% average reduction on 15 mg, treatment-regimen estimand) and SURMOUNT-5 (20.2% versus 13.7% for semaglutide). No trial has tested tirzepatide as a sublingual tablet, and there is no FDA-approved oral tirzepatide. How much of a dissolving tablet reaches the bloodstream is not established. Compounded tirzepatide in any form is not FDA-approved. Our tirzepatide ODT guide covers the open questions.
How it compares
The ODT costs $60 a month more than NexLife's tirzepatide injection month to month ($229 versus $169) and $60 more on 12 months ($199 versus $139). Elsewhere, MEDVi advertised GLP-1 tablets “Starting at $249” on October 15, 2026, without naming the medicine on that card. If you want a needle-free option backed by trials, the approved oral GLP-1s are semaglutide-based: the Wegovy pill is $149 to $299 a month through NovoCare.
