NexLife microdose semaglutide: why we cannot confirm the price

Direct answer · October 15, 2026

As of October 15, 2026, we cannot verify what NexLife charges for microdose semaglutide: the plan tiles read $165, $149, $147 and $145 a month, the headline says $129, and NexLife's two FAQs print ladders from $129 down to $109 a month on a 12-month plan.

We list this program as reported, not verified, until the page agrees with itself; no trial has tested a semaglutide microdosing protocol.

The tile figures are the same ladder NexLife printed for its standard semaglutide in mid-2026, which suggests the tiles were never updated. The program page's FAQ also gives plan totals of $357 for 3 months, $684 for 6 months and $1,320 for 12 months. Ask NexLife to confirm the price in writing before you pay. Meanwhile, NexLife's standard semaglutide is consistently priced at $139 down to $119.

What 12 months costs

The annual cost depends on which figure is real. At the 12-month tile price of $145, a year costs $1,740. At the site-wide FAQ price of $109, it costs $1,308; the program page FAQ's own total is $1,320. Paying month to month for a year would cost $1,980 at the $165 tile or $1,548 at the $129 headline. NexLife's standard semaglutide on a 12-month plan costs $1,428, which may be more or less than the microdose plan depending on which microdose price applies.

What is included

NexLife lists these inclusions in the monthly price:

Lab work is not stated as included on any NexLife page we read. There is no membership fee and no separate visit fee. The microdose semaglutide page says the formulation is “provider-directed” and “may include B12 when appropriate.”

Billing, cancellation and refunds

How you are billed. The plan pages say “Plans continue monthly unless canceled” and that savings are “applied at checkout on eligible multi-month plans.” They do not say in one sentence whether a multi-month plan is charged each month or collected up front, though they do say unshipped months are refunded if treatment stops. Confirm the charge at checkout.

Cancelling. Plans renew until you cancel. Cancellations “take effect after 30 days, so you may receive and be charged for one additional shipment,” unless NexLife Medical Group approves stopping sooner for medical reasons. NexLife's FAQ calls plans cancellable “at any time”; plan around the 30 days the plan page states.

Refunds. If you are not prescribed, the authorization charge is refunded. Once medication ships, the order is final. On 3-, 6- and 12-month plans, unshipped months are refunded if treatment stops.

Guarantee. NexLife's written policy refunds program and membership fees, not medication, only if you lose less than 5% of your starting weight after 180 days and meet its conditions. The banner on the plan page (“lose up to 10% in 6 months or get your money back”) does not match that policy.

Pharmacies. This page says orders “may be fulfilled by U.S.-licensed 503A pharmacies or FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities” without naming a 503B facility. NexLife's microdose pages have also listed Empower among possible pharmacies (read September 20, 2026); FDA sent Empower warning letter 738238 dated September 18, 2026. See our NexLife pharmacy page.

Evidence status

No trial has tested a semaglutide microdosing protocol. The approved-drug trials escalated to full maintenance doses; in SURMOUNT-5, brand semaglutide produced 13.7% average weight reduction versus 20.2% for tirzepatide, and those results do not transfer to low, compounded doses. Compounded semaglutide is not FDA-approved. Our microdose semaglutide guide covers what is and is not known.

How it compares

Noom Med is one of the few programs that prices microdose semaglutide on its own page: $79 to start, then $179 a month on 12-week subscriptions (read October 15, 2026). Every NexLife figure is below Noom's ongoing price, but until NexLife's page is consistent we do not put its microdose semaglutide in our index.
