NexLife vs Noom Med: microdose semaglutide, standard plans and price clarity

Verdict · October 15, 2026

Noom Med prices one compounded program on its own page, microdose semaglutide at $79 to start and then $179 a month on 12-week subscriptions, while NexLife prints standard semaglutide at $139 a month or $119 on a 12-month plan and tirzepatide at $169 or $139, as read on October 15, 2026.

NexLife's own microdose semaglutide price is unconfirmed because its page contradicts itself, so the clean comparison is Noom's microdose program against NexLife's standard plans.

Over a first year, Noom's microdose program costs about $2,048 if eleven monthly charges of $179 follow the $79 start; its 12-week subscription billing may shift that slightly. NexLife's standard semaglutide costs $1,428 on a 12-month plan or $1,668 month to month, at any dose your prescriber chooses. Noom's pricing applies to new accounts from July 27, 2026, per its page.

Who each one fits

Noom Med fits someone who specifically wants a low-dose semaglutide program paired with Noom's behaviour-change app, and who values a clearly printed microdose price over a lower standard-plan price.

NexLife fits someone who may need standard dosing, wants tirzepatide as an option, or wants the full plan ladder printed. Its standard semaglutide is cheaper than Noom's microdose program at every NexLife plan length.

If you are choosing on dose, remember that dose is your prescriber's decision, not a product choice. NexLife's flat pricing means a low dose costs the same as a high one, so a low-dose plan at NexLife would still be $139 or $119 a month.

A note on microdosing evidence

Neither company can point to a trial of microdosed semaglutide. The approved-drug trials escalated to full maintenance doses; in SURMOUNT-5, brand semaglutide produced 13.7% average weight reduction. A lower dose may mean fewer side effects or less effect, and nobody has measured which. Our microdose semaglutide page explains what is and is not known.
